Queens' College Cambridge has been a centre of learning for more than 550 years. Combining medieval and modern architecture in extensive gardens, it sits astride the River Cam, its two halves joined across the river by the famous Mathematical Bridge.
The Fitzpatrick Hall accomodates up to 245 theatre style. This modern, wood panelled, fully air-conditioned lecture theatre is large enough to allow delegates to attend main conference sessions in comfort. Most of the seating is banked with a view onto the raised stage.
The first-floor Bowett Room, accessible by stairs, is a light and airy meeting room with views of a tributary of the Cam. It accommodates up to 80 theatre style.
The gallery-like Armitage Room is a very light, modern room with a traditiona. The carpeted floor and part wood-panelled walls make it feel warm. It accommodates up to 66 theatre-style.
Accommodation is modern and comfortable with a choice of rooms with either en-suite or shared facilties and optional wired high speed internet access in guest rooms. All rooms are equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, soap, towel and linen.
